I believe it would be well worth it to use revision behavior on the article models for several reasons. In addition to the obvious change log and undo, it would allow for an important feature upgrade from the current bakery. And that is the ability to leave a current version of an article online, while holding the edits offline pending moderation. Having version control also gives a third attractive feature possibility, community articles. Ok, this may be a bit too close to wiki, but sometimes someone writes up a great article on a subject and then leaves the project. If the community could somehow update that article, it would remain usefull. I will post an article with a revision behavior in the next couple days that I believe would help out here.
