Improve TOC with some javascript
The left-hand sidebar on book.cakephp.org contains the Table Of Contents. Please make this a javascript-based tree structure, for easier browsing. For example, if I want to see the subsections of "2 Basic Principles of CakePHP", I could click on a \[+\] image left of it, instead of clicking on it and waiting for the page to load.
An 'Expand All' button/link would also be useful.
