request action
###What happened:
- if one of my methods is using requestAction call and returning view, the debugkit is not getting displayed.
###What was expected:
- it should be working normally like it does on pages that don't have requestAction call.

Works for me. I use requestAction a fair bit and have not had problems. If you are turning down `Configure::write('debug')` then the toolbar will not show. Also this was a bug in the old version. Please update to 1.1 and see if the issue persists.

Changing to test case, awaiting some sort of confirmation or way to reproduce.
