ENHANCEMENT Ticket (closed)
Indicate ticket status (when|where)ever tickets are displayed on the site
###What happened:
- Currently, tickets are displayed in all kinds of lists and indexes (i.e. dashboard), with no indication of their current status.
###What was expected:
- Either through color, formatting, or explicit text (i.e. "Ticket name (closed)"), tickets should always display their status.

- **status** was changed to _fixed_
since status is only relevant when a comment on a ticket has been made, I only added it to the comments display. Otherwise if it is listed under "Tickets" it should assumed to be new. Dashboard heading was changed to reflect this behavior.
